Mother- Before anything in this world!

Yes, she is the one who brings us in this beautiful world. She knows what we mean even if we can’t speak.
But do we as her children try to understand her. Her role might differ from a home maker to an entrepreneur or a high-ranking officer, she tactfully handles her career and her family.
So why should we celebrate just one day as Mother's Day, when she strives hard for us every day.

In the process of upbringing of a child a mother ignores her health. Today I would love to share with everyone these healthy habits by which you can make your health better and live your life to its fullest.

5 ways to stay healthy 

1) Never ignore your illness
Women have this tendency of ignoring illness. But we should understand, a problem should be treated before it aggregate into something big. Prevention is better than cure!

2) Drink plenty water every day.
In summer it’s essential to stay well hydrated. Water therapy works the best in all seasons.
This glows your skin and makes face more radiant and youthful.
It also improves your metabolism rate and helps in toning your body.

3) Annual health checkup
You might at times ignore the symptoms of a problem that can cause a major damage in future. Therefore regular health checkups are important. This can detect a problem and you can cure it before it damages the system.
4) Add Exercise in your schedule.
Be it a workout with gym equipment, Yoga or just morning walks; start with it! Don’t forget to add meditation. It really works! When you are clam inside, you are stronger outside.

5) Be confident 
Believe in your strengths and never feel low even if you fail to achieve your goals. Always believe in yourself. With shear hard work you can achieve your goals.

Easiest way to lose those extra kilos

This wedding season everyone wants a slim and attractive figure. Everyone wishes to lose those unwanted kilos to fit inside their costly Lehenga's. So friends I'm here to share few weight lose tips which you would love. Follow them and get ready to flaunt yourself.

If you have at least a month in hand try the following tricks.

Disclaimer: Don't force yourself as weight lose is subjective so are its results. The following tips may not show its good results if the person is suffering from thyroid problem or if the person is under medication or antibiotics. Any healthy adult can follow it. Exercise should be done under experts guidance.

DRINK PLENTY OF WATER



Make it a point to drink minimum 4 litters of water daily. It might prove to be difficult in the beginning but water has many benefits. It helps to face to glow, erases pimples and acne. And off course it makes you feel more filling and indirectly you tend to eat less. So it help to lose weight.

SQUEEZE  LEMON



Lemon is a perfect detox. Squeezing lemon in glass full of water will not on cleanse you from within but also bring back the natural glow on your face. It helps cleansing the whole system. Drink the mixture everyday and see the difference. It will actually make you feel lighter.
You can just cut any of your favorite fruit like muskmelon, watermelon, or pomegranate and squeeze a slice of lemon and add water to it and refrigerate the mixture. Rest of the day you can just take few cubes and add more water to it... Perfect Detox!

EAT VEGGIES 



Boiled veggies with pinch of salt and pepper power can act as you starters. No oil needed and hence good results! Experiment with veggies, try new everyday so that you wont get bored eating the same. If frying is the last option the try extra virgin olive oil.

CUT OFF DRINKS



Force yourself to stay away from soft drinks. The aerated drinks damages your system more the you think it would. If you occasionally drink alcohol try to have a glass less this time.

BYE BYE BURGERS!



I know its difficult but whenever you tempt for a burger next time just remind yourself how much weight you have put on just because of it. Just imagine the slim figure of yours in a mirror and kill the curving. I m being too rude but that's the only way to do it right. The bye bye list includes every damn junk. No junk eating please!

EXERCISE



Last thing you need to do is shed those kilos by working hard on you core muscles. Build the core strength. Stronger inside, makes you strongest outside. Start with 6 Suryanamaskars and gradually increase by adding 2 every after 1 week's practice. Crunches and stretches are must, try going for evening walks. Take up stairs each time.

Lose weight Not Mind!


In the urban cities we normally find people running on the tracks to lose weight, going for gym, aerobic, weight loss treatments and what not! I would love to tell you guys ‘TAKE A CHILL PILL’.

I know it’s a damn hard task to lose weight. But somewhere don’t you realize over the years we have been abusing our own selves. Respecting your own body will actually work out to lose weight.

First of all accept the fact that we are over weighted, or need to loss some of those extra kilos. Acceptance is really important. When you accept the fact the vision in front of becomes clearer.
Now that you have readily accepted that you are bit bulky.
Try and find out the areas where you need to put in more efforts. This can/has to be different in everyone case. Each body is different and so is the methodology of workout.

For a group belly region workout might suit i.e. the core region. Actually the core should be stronger of everybody. Some might think their lower body need more workouts and for some the upper body might be bulky.

At times the weight loss plan might not work, don’t be discouraged. Change the plan. Yoga is known to have much long lasting benefit.If yoga doesn’t suits you then try other workout patterns. Don’t stick to a single workout for years.

Do not over do workout. Your body is like a machine, it has to wear and tear.
Damage happens for lifetime.
Know your body well!

Encouraging children to practice yoga! 

Kids of 4- 12 years have very sharp brains and therefore they grasp up everything quickly.

If good values and manners are taught to kids at their tender age they grow up well with it. Regular practice of yoga, benefits adults then encouraging children for yoga, will definitely brighten their future. 

Learning just yoga might seem to be boring for them at the beginning. But one must understand their maturity level and include stories and games, either in the start of the session or at the end. This would encourage them to do yoga and continue it for the long run. I have even observed that kids become so much fond of this art that they try to experiment to extent their capability. 

Suryanamaskar, develops overall physic of children. They become more flexible because Suryanamaskar. It gives proper forward as well as backward stretch. With regular practice the energy which kids use for destruction will tactfully be diverted into something more meaningful and it would defiantly prove helpful for them.



If one really want to understand the benefits of yoga in one- liners, they are as follows:

  •  Asana's increase core strength, flexibility and strengthen developing muscles of kids. 
  • Pranayam's has numerous benefits like it enhances breathing capacity with eventually leds to proper circulation of blood to brain and other body parts. 
  • Meditation no doubt increases concentration but it also brings in stability and improve one's thinking ability. 


Yoga should be learned under proper guidance of expertise in the field.

Monsoon Magic

Hot tea, pakoda's (fried item) are the most favourite food stuff for Monsoon. But while consuming these we very easily tend to forgot the high cholesterol amount in it.
During this season we usually avoid travels but for work, people have to travel and we most probably prefer take out our cars. Using vehicles for travel decreases our mobility and this results to many problems such as weight gain, viral fever is most common in monsoon. Except this one also can face back problems, laziness and weakness.
Not to worry.
Yoga has a remedy for all!
Even if there is less mobility one can dedicate 15 Min of the day and achieve all the benefits.

Yogic asanas for beginners can start from:
 (1)marjarasana (cat pose) 2 rounds




 (2)parvat asana( moutain pose) 
sitting posture may be simple cross leg, ardha padmasana or padmasana.
It has a very long term benefits 
and followed by 

 (3)kapalbhatti - inhalation of maximum amount of air, fixing chest, while giving strokes there must be visible inward and outward movement of stomach.
It generates good amount of heat in the body which is helpful for better metabolism.

 (4)anulom-vilom : alternative nasal breathing.
It balances the heat generated after kapalbatti , and also helps in improving oxygen level in the blood.

For advance yogi's
(5) suryanamaskar (12 poses)- 6 sets of  are recommended along with all the above asanas .

All kind of asana are requested to be doen early in the morning with an empty stomach or else in the evening 4 hours post lunch for better results.
