Lose weight Not Mind!


In the urban cities we normally find people running on the tracks to lose weight, going for gym, aerobic, weight loss treatments and what not! I would love to tell you guys ‘TAKE A CHILL PILL’.

I know it’s a damn hard task to lose weight. But somewhere don’t you realize over the years we have been abusing our own selves. Respecting your own body will actually work out to lose weight.

First of all accept the fact that we are over weighted, or need to loss some of those extra kilos. Acceptance is really important. When you accept the fact the vision in front of becomes clearer.
Now that you have readily accepted that you are bit bulky.
Try and find out the areas where you need to put in more efforts. This can/has to be different in everyone case. Each body is different and so is the methodology of workout.

For a group belly region workout might suit i.e. the core region. Actually the core should be stronger of everybody. Some might think their lower body need more workouts and for some the upper body might be bulky.

At times the weight loss plan might not work, don’t be discouraged. Change the plan. Yoga is known to have much long lasting benefit.If yoga doesn’t suits you then try other workout patterns. Don’t stick to a single workout for years.

Do not over do workout. Your body is like a machine, it has to wear and tear.
Damage happens for lifetime.
Know your body well!
